Cosmetic Surgery

More and more people are currently undergoing cosmetic procedures and not always with the outcome they had hoped for. If you have undergone surgery and are not happy with the result, speak to us about it. It may well be that you have been left with unacceptable levels of scarring and that the standard of surgery fell below an acceptable level of competence. Alternatively it may well be that you were not properly advised prior to undergoing the surgery of the likely outcome.

You may have a claim both in respect of residual scarring and/or psychological trauma. We have represented many clients where we have recovered the costs of the original surgery and corrective surgery together with pain and suffering.
